AI·diagnostic

Independent AI diagnostics · Switzerland

Understand what is holding your AI initiative back.

I investigate one concrete AI initiative, test the causes of its underperformance and give your team a practical basis for deciding what to fix, redesign or stop.

Discuss your initiative

Direct senior involvement from Leszek Wisniewski.

The situation

Your pilot works in a demo. Production is different.

Real inputs expose unreliable results, weak data, broken handoffs and unclear ownership. Teams can see that something is wrong, but disagree about where to start.

Before committing the next budget, you need evidence about the obstacle and a clear next decision.

The diagnostic

A focused investigation of one use case.

01

Written diagnosis

The business purpose, expected behaviour, available baselines and observed failures, connected to supporting evidence.

02

Understandable tests

Selected inputs, outputs and reproducible checks where access permits. Confirmed causes are separated from open questions.

03

Prioritised next steps

Recommendations with dependencies and measures of success: fix, experiment, change approach, postpone or stop.

04

Measurement plan

A practical plan for missing baselines and the evidence needed to support the next decision.

How it works

Ten working days. Five conversations. One decision made clearer.

We agree on the use case, the decision it should support, the system boundary and what acceptable behaviour means.

I combine stakeholder interviews with inspection of real inputs and outputs, relevant data, prompts, code and infrastructure.

You provide a sponsor, representative evidence, expected results and agreed access. Missing access and inconclusive findings are documented.

About

Senior technical judgment, close to the work.

I’m Leszek Wisniewski. I bring more than 15 years of engineering and leadership experience, including complex data and infrastructure migrations and building engineering teams.

My technical focus is data and infrastructure, while the investigation also considers use-case clarity, responsibilities and organisational dependencies. Implementation can be commissioned separately.

We can work in English, German, Italian or Polish.

Next step

Bring the difficult use case.

Tell me what it should achieve, where it falls short and which decision you need to make. We’ll establish whether a diagnostic is appropriate and agree on a written scope and fee before work begins.
